Well gang, I think I’ve done it. I’ve reached the pinnacle. It’s smooth sailing from here on out! Nothing can stop me now! (Well, maybe a bus mowing me down in my tracks, but you know what I mean.) If I can overcome this addiction, I can overcome ANYTHING!!! I AM WONDER WOMAN!!!!! Walk with confidence and believe in yourself. Anything is possible!

Quit Smoking in 40 Days and 40 Nights – Day 3

Oh boy… the nicorette inhaler is only half successful. It soothes those nicotine urges, but it tastes like crap and only makes me miss that sweet taste of smoke all the more. What do I do? Mix and match products like the gum, the inhaler and the patch? Have you lasted more than 3 days without a cigarette? Have you actually quit smoking? What’s your advice?
